Damage/Cleaning Security Deposit $350
$350 damage/cleaning security deposit per Condo is required to be Authorized as Hold on Credit Card or Cash prior to Check In. Any Damages to Condominiums/Furnishings/Kitchenware/Dishware/Remotes/TV's/ Linens or missing items will be charged to credit card on file.
- Lodging Rates do not include tax. (IMPORTANT REMINDER: Holiday weekends require a (3) three night minimum stay - Contact office if you are not sure of what is a considered a holiday weekend. During our SUMMER SEASON a (2) two night minimum stay on weekends is required - this can be Friday & Saturday OR Saturday & Sunday This (2) two night minimum on weekends does NOT apply during WINTER Season.
