Summer Season Rates (May 1st to September 30th)
2 large bedroom 1,000 s.f. fully furnished condominium with fully equipped kitchens
Daily (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) $245 per night Daily
(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) $225 per night
Lodging Weekly Rates = 10% discount. (Call for discount code)
Monthly Rates = $3,500 which includes all utilities paid.
Winter Season Rates (October 1st to April 30th)
2 large bedroom 1,000 s.f. fully furnished condominium with fully equipped kitchens
Daily (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) $185 per night
Daily (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) $175 per night
Lodging Weekly Rates = 20% discount (Call for discount code)
WINTER TEXAN MONTHLY RATES (Only for months October through April)
ALL UTILITES PAID INCLUDE (Electricity, Metro Phone, Internet Fees, Garbage, Water).
Laundry Services Available Only to WINTER TEXAN MONTHLY CUSTOMERS.
1 month = $1,700 per month
2 months = $1,600 per month
3 months or more = $1,500 per month
Damage/Cleaning Deposit $350
$350 damage/cleaning deposit per condominium is required to be authorized and refundable after vacation condominium has been thoroughly inspected and cleaned on day of check-out, no damage is found, no pets, no smoking, and maximum occupancy policy of 8 people Maximum has not been violated.

(IMPORTANT REMINDER: Holiday weekends require a (3) three night minimum stay - Contact office if you are not sure of what is a considered a holiday weekend.
During our SUMMER SEASON a (2) two night minimum stay on weekends is required - this can be Friday & Saturday OR Saturday & Sunday This (2) two night minimum on weekends does NOT apply during WINTER Season.
