Still Water Ranch Luxury Condominiums at Canyon Lake offers lake side lodging hospitality with fully furnished condominiums. Our 1,000 square foot Spacious Condominiums offers FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS (Refrigerator w/ icemaker,Stove/Oven,Microwave, & Dishwasher(All Stainless).
Families will enjoy the LARGE two bedrooms upstairs in each of our condominiums with King and Queen Pillowtop Beds and Bunkbeds or a Futon full size bed, along with FINE LINENS.
Our vacation condominiums are nicer than vacation rental houses in that we offer FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, 32" FLAT SCREEN HD TV's with DVD Players. High Speed Internet and VOIP Metro Digital phones are available in each vacation condominiums. Two Flatscreen HD TV's per Condominium. We have lakeviews that are outstanding and our lodging is FIRST CLASS.
The large bathroom includes HUGE 7ft by 4ft Custom Tiled walk-in showers and double sinks. Each Condominium has EXCEPTIONAL EASY ACCESS TO THE LAKE (2) Boat Ramps within 1/2 mile. Whether you come alone or as a group, our park-like setting includes sand volleyball, basketball and outdoor kitchen with barbeque grilling amenities (Monster BBQ Smoker and Deluxe Propane Grill and sink) and outdoor FIREPLACE that you can enjoy as the day closes on a picturesque sunset lakeview of Canyon Lake. Currently our NEW condominium rates are at an introductory level. Each of our condominiums feature 1,000 square feet and AWESOME LAKEVIEW from each of our condominium PRIVATE DECKS.
Boaters/Fishermen bring your boats. FREE BOAT/RV PARKING! Be on the lake in less than 5 minutes for a full day of wide-open water sports. Our Basketball Court with Inground Pole and 60 inch glass backboard is ready for your kids. Our Sand Volleyball Court is all located within a sports area and near the Outdoor Kitchen. Our park-like quiet lake setting would be an excellent location for WEDDINGS, GETAWAYS, CONFERENCES, RETREATS or FAMILY REUNIONS. We have been told by our customers that we have the IDEAL vacation location and lodging FACILITIES for fun and relaxing FAMILY REUNIONS. We have a shaded cabana area for eating in the shade. Our Canyon Lake lodging location is excellent with close boat access and yet close to the river and outdoor music venues near the Guadalupe River.

We offer Vacation Rental Housing Lakefront in a park like setting with outdoor kitchen/outdoor fireplace, sand volleyball court, basketball court, close proximity to all the seasonal attractions and GREAT boat access within 1/10th of a mile.
Outdoor Pavillion with Billiard Table to play pool or picnic in the Shade is now finished and ready for guests.

Our Beach House condo is in celebration of "toobers" everywhere! nearby water outfitters rent inner tubes to young and old so that a lazy day may be spent floating the Guadalupe River.

The Startzville is named after our little country town nearby that continues to produce generations of the Startz family. Our condo is in honor of families everywhere! We hope the comforts there will welcome you and your family.
